   * Improve county infrastructure
                Improve roads, sewage, water, buildings
   * Improve rural areas access
                 Better medical and mental health
   * Improve the quality of life for all
                 Arts and Humanities projects
                    Better education programs
                    Begin recycling programs
                    More opportunities for recreation and leisure
   * Improve law enforcement
                     Citizen oversight
